I was once stabbed sharply in the low back with
pain so excruciating, when I sneezed, I fell to the floor in agony, unable to
get up by myself. I was 28 years old,
and I had herniated a disc in my low back.
This happens when the tough outer fibers of the disc, like the doughnut
part of a jelly doughnut, break or tear apart and the “jelly” part oozes out and presses
against the nerve root. Like me, my patient Greg suffered a herniated
disc in his low back. Greg hobbled into my office, bent over at the
waist in great pain. This was very familiar to me, and I immediately
suspected a herniated disc in his low back; this was confirmed by careful
examination and gentle testing.
Fortunately for Greg, there is a distinct protocol for treating
herniated discs which can greatly ease that horrible, stabbing pain; Greg felt
much better after his first adjustment and was able to walk out upright. Refer me NOW to your friend or family member who is bent over in pain. He will thank you for referring him to me for gentle
pain relief that works right away.
